easy to set up and use
It does not take up much space. It is easy to set up. It is easy to use. The quality is great for the price too.

No wifi... Works great and looks great.
The only thing keeping this from being five stars, is the fact that when I got home and hooked it up, I found it doesn’t have wifi, so it’s more or less a basic unit. Which is fine for the money. Wouldn’t use as main unit in the living room, but works great as a backup in the work out room.

Exactly what I needed it for
I needed a CD/DVD/Blue Ray player with a USB port so I could view all items on a memory stick including photos, music and videos in a variety of formats. It’s Perfect!

Sony biue ray player
Very well made and sturdy product that I Expected from Sony. It functions as it is supposed to and unless you compare it side by side to a more costly blue ray player it is good enough for most people’s needs. Item was advertised as an ( open box) but I was pleasantly surprised to get a new factory sealed player at a killer price. It integrated Easily with my Sony receiver smart tv and surround sound system

It’s a Sony - That still means something!
Absolutely no problems, nice and small too! Came with cables. I plugged it in and was watching a movie in less than a minute. No setup required. I like having movies on disks because some times vendors who stream movies to you loose their contracts to stream some movies years later after you bought a movie. This means you can no longer stream it - even though you paid for it. It’s one of those little hard to find terms in the fine print you agree to in the terms and conditions you must agree to in order to use your streaming device. Also, I like being able to watch a move with or without…

Sony 1700U CD/DVD player
This a very good product. Solid. Functions well. Plays both music cd’s and dvd movies very well. No problems or hiccups. The one drawback I have is that when playing music cd’s, it will not list the actual trac title. It only list the cd trac number. But a very good and sold unit.

Thumbs Up!
My adult stepson is not the most technologically adept, but he had no problem connecting his birthday present and says it is working just great. So easy hookup and great picture! Price was reasonable too.
