UV Stain Detect UV light reveals a whole world of invisible messes like sticky spills and dried-on pet “gifts." With up to 2x* better stain removal, the messes really get cleaned!
Hypersonic Mopping Brings the elbow grease with an all-new, targeted cleaning pattern that packs 7x* the scrubbing power (*vs. Shark RV2820ZE) to tackle stubborn, stuck-on messes.
Powerful Vacuuming + Advanced Edge Detection Reaches into corners to grab dirt, hair, last night’s crumbs, cereal, and any mystery fuzz hiding on your floors and carpets.
Nevertouch Pro Base Robot is automatically emptied, refilled, and cleaned with thermal heat, so you can enjoy up to 60 days of hands-free convenience.
Thermacharged Hygiene Suite Base sanitizes** the mop pad with 185°F water and dries it with 175°F air, killing 99.99% of bacteria. Plus, with Anti-Allergen Complete Seal, HEPA Filtration, & odor neutralizer technology, you’ll have a more hygienic home.
NeuroNav AI Identifies and navigates your home’s layout using RGB Sensors, lasers, and an UltraRange Camera — lifting and maneuvering around obstacles like a pro. Yes, even through a minefield of kid or pet toys!
Neverstop Battery Runs for up to 3 hours straight* (*tested on bare floors) and automatically heads back to its base when it needs to power up.
User-Friendly SharkClean App Map your home, set schedules, block off no-go zones, and customize your clean from your phone while you binge-watch, doomscroll, work, or pretend to work.
Countless Other Must-Have Features 8 PowerDetect Technologies, NeverStuck Charged, Self-Cleaning Brushroll & more!

Amazing vac with mop
We aways used irobots but this one is so much more advanced and more useful. The fact that it swaps off the mop pad when its not needed is amazing.

So far this is great
This is my third robot vacuum and this is by far the best one yet. I was so against the ones that mop previously and I’m so glad I changed my mind and bought this vacuum. It’s so quiet compared to my past ones and the mapping was so quick and precise. I can’t believe the difference. So happy with my choice

Great upgrade from original model
No issues with it so far. App is much improved and setup is super easy.

Great Cleaning, Frustrating Limitations
The suction was easily one of my favorite things about this Shark robot vacuum, and I was impressed by how intensely the mop vibrated. Those are the two features that stood out most to me. The UV sensor was a decent addition, but I found it inconsistent—not something I would consider a major reason to buy it. The biggest drawbacks were the app and its inability to cross raised thresholds. The app feels rudimentary, especially for a robot in the roughly $1,200 price range. I expected a more polished experience. It also couldn’t get over the raised thresholds in my home, which significantly…

Sadly disappointed.
We have other Shark vacuums and have always been happy with them, so we decided we would try the robotic. Unfortunately, the app is extremely poor. Essentially, it lets you clean or not clean the entire house. You’re unable to have a map and breakdown individual rooms and set up any type of schedule to do the rooms you want done, or if you want them vacuumed or if you want them mopped. I was just extremely disappointed that with the technology available, they couldn’t design an app. For $1300, certainly not worth it. We returned it and purchased the Dreame L 50 and couldn’t be happier.

Great vacuum and mop robot
Used one time so far. Mapped my house and I recognized it. Excellent clean job. My cats loved it.

Disappointing for the price and hype
I went into this with high expectations. Every other Shark and Ninja product I’ve owned has been excellent, so I assumed the PowerDetect UV Reveal 2-In-1 Vac & Mop would deliver the same reliability and performance. It did not. What works: The mopping performance is decent when it actually runs. It can handle everyday hard-floor cleaning reasonably well. Major issues: Docking problems The robot has frequent difficulty docking. This is a basic function that should work consistently, and it does not. No-go zones are ignored: I carefully created no-go zones in the app. The robot still drives…
