Not worth it
For a $1,000 robot vacuum, you expect premium build quality and long-term durability. Instead, this machine has been a non-stop cycle of hardware failures, design oversights, and unhelpful warranty coverage. Most online reviews only judge these units after a week of use. living with one for awhile now these are very fragile. My original unit lasted just three months before the water tank cracked. Shark didn’t even have replacement tanks available, so they sent an entirely new unit. Unfortunately, the replacement brought a whole new set of problems: right out of the box, the wheels couldn’t…

Loved it until it broke
I loved this Shark robot vacuum until the water reservoir cracked along its seams during normal use. The reservoir was never dropped, struck, or mishandled, so this does not appear to be accidental damage. The cracking follows the seams where the reservoir pieces join, which suggests a product-quality or manufacturing issue

Product works as described, may randomly fall off home network and occasional trouble clearing objects but keeps the floors clean when programmed for daily cleaning.

Worth getting.
Great robot vac! It can detect our rugs and carpet areas in our home and will lift the mop pad to prevet getting rugs/carpet wet. You can set timers and locations to avoid or spot clean. I recommend this one over other failed brands.

My vacuum
I used this in my apartment and it works really well. It cleans virtually everything it can get to and sometimes goes over the same spot again to make sure it’s clean. I just wish it had the ability to mop and vacuum one room at the same time. Hopefully there will be an update soon.

Do not buy. These are junk.
Bought this in December of 25 and have had nothing but problems. Constant error codes. Battery is already junk and won’t charge. Had to replace brush roller twice. Mopping sucks. Vacuum has no suction power. I’m going to enjoy smashing it to bits and tossing it in the trash.
