Great Knee Therapy Device
I had the previous X 1, but the X 2 added the pressure capacity made it a better device and proper knee therapy device. After a twenty minutes contrast therapy my sore and aches are gone.

Broke after 1 month
The concept is great but never actually felt any type of muscle relief. After a month it stopped working.

Awesome Product
I have two separate tears in my meniscus. I use this device to continue walking. Whether its the heat only, cold only or combination, it works great. Don’t forget about the compression which helps in recovery as well. I highly recommend for anyone with knee issues.

Great Recovery Tool!
I enjoy the heating and compression performance for warm ups and the cold to ice my leg and knee after working out. A strong battery allows for a great recovery!

Bad battery life works decently, I personally prefer an ice pack to this.

Cold feature was amazing
We have tried several versions of the product and this one is about average. The intervals of heating and cooling are nice but the overall compression isnt as hoped for.

You’d think this item would be okay based on the brand but error codes fresh out the box. Not worth the money for me.

Cold compression but it could be a bit colder
I like this device. The cold compression feature could go a bit colder in my opinion. Heat compression feature works great though. I think it’s bit overpriced. The battery runs out a bit quickly after a few sessions.
