Continent and works great
It’s really great for knees and lower body. I do have a hard time getting it to stay in a good position for my shoulder. But I do love being able to walk around and not have to wait for an ice pack to refresh before I can use it again.

Awkward to put on
Nice product and it cools quickly enough, but it’s sort of awkward to put on and hold at a particular spot, because of how heavy the device mains itself is.

This little box gets quite cold, husband loves it.

Good product for recovery
It helps me with easing pain by doing hot and col therapy. The battery life is a little shorter than I would like.

One of my favorites
What a weird find. Works great for carpal tunnel pain, heat or cold in seconds.

Small and awkward for my need (yours -??)
It was not for me, but might be good for you. I found it too small to be effective and awkward to actually use. That said I was trying to use on my glute. I returned it.

Work so good, my wife was having a lot of pain in her neck, and now with this she feels better!

Great tech, but the straps need work.
The cold and heat levels are perfect, just like you’d expect from Therabody. But be warned: the straps are not long and usefull. If you have a larger build or want to use it on your legs, you might struggle to get a good fit. It’s a bit of a hassle to keep it in place because of the strap length, otherwise, it’s a solid recovery tool.
