Perfect for busy mornings!
This product is great because I love having freshly ground coffee for my morning brew. Its relatively quiet and the timer setting is great for my morning coffee being ready when I leave for work. Cleaning is fairly easy too!

Defective
leaked all over counter. Wanted to like this product, but it leaked all over counter. Tried to trouble shoot. When removed, water tank did not leak. Coupling seemed secure but leaked from underneath.

Perfect
I am very pleased with this purchase. This coffee maker is a great addition to our morning coffee lineup, and I really like the fact that I do not need pods to brew one cup of coffee and can use both ground coffee and whole beans. The controls are intuitive and easy to work. And it’s easy to clean. All in all, a great purchase.

GOOD COFFEE... TERRIBLE PROCESS!
We bought this machine thinking it would auto grind and make the coffee in one easy operation. WELL, it started out good and then it didn’t!! The grinder operation is a terrible design. you constantly have to clean the grinder chute or it gets CLOGGED, and if you use fresh coffee beans with a lot of oil, the clogging happens faster. The real issue is... it’s not easy to clean it. you need a small brush, and some kind of pick to dig out the clogged coffee. it is very labor intensive! And trying to get answers from BELLA CUSTOMER SERVICE is a JOKE!! I called and they were closed, left a…

Makes a decent cup of coffee but very messy due to water not fully draining. Poor design. At least come out with a liner to make it easier.

Love this coffeemaker!!! I can have my strong coffee without bitterness and I’m saving money by not going through drive thru at THAT expensive place even though I am still enjoying their coffee, and with this machine it actually tastes better.

Water reservoir leaking
I recently started using this product and noticed that it started leaking at the back. This issue occurred twice when I filled the reservoir with water, and I checked to ensure that it was seated correctly.
