Great Coffee Maker, Begging for a Sturdier Build
This coffee maker enables the average person to make the best coffee that they can without learning manual methods. It has great integrated software that guides the user to reach proper measurements, brewing times, etc. For this price point, I would expect more durable materials in the construction. Along the same lines, will see if it stands the test of time.

Honest opinion
For a single cup, the Fellow Aiden feels like too much work, especially for my wife. I personally don’t mind putting extra effort into coffee, but for just one cup, the workflow becomes excessive — weighing beans, grinding, setting up the filter, and waiting several minutes. It starts to feel more like a process than a convenient daily coffee maker. I think the machine makes more sense when brewing larger batches, where the effort feels more justified. The problem is that with bigger batches, you don’t get the same flavor quality and precision that you can achieve with a smaller brew. So it…

Finally a good cup of coffee
First higher priced coffee maker bought. Why did I wait so long!! First couple of weeks and the coffee has never tasted to good. The thermal carafe works great -no more burnt second cup. Easy to use and love how the water holder can slide out without lifting it all the way up. Easy under counter. I do wish less plastic would be used.

Hands-down, best coffee machine ever
[Employee of bestbuy] I’ve had a long journey with Home brew coffee. Switching from full-blown espresso machines to Nespresso back to automatic espresso machines always chasing the perfect coffee. Always trying to find that perfect cup of coffee I got from that one spot in San Francisco. I’ve got four kids and a lack of time in the morning to make the perfect pour over. This coffee machine is perfect in every way. I now have that perfect cup of coffee every morning. Finally, I can stop searching.

Solid drip machine that can also do smaller pots
Makes great coffee, guided brew settings work well and help to make a solid coffee. Batch brewing (less than 16oz) works well and was a big selling feature for me as I am the only coffee drinker in the house. Compact and looks nice on the counter.

Coffee not hot cheaply made.
This macgine is cheaply made for the price you pay. Coffee gets cold really quick , caraffe doesn’t stay hot . Filter basket leaked every time I got a new one thought i got defective one , same thing happened every time. No phone support . Returned
