Buyer beware
If you experience any issues with this scale, please return it immediately. I was unfortunate enough to not have installed and used the scale immediately, and it was too late to return to Best Buy and I have to deal with Withings directly. Complete nightmare. You can only chat with an agent. They promised to get back to me but couldn’t give an estimate of when. That should have been an indication I’d be waiting forever. I contacted them again after a week and got essentially the same script. Two weeks later, still no follow up. Apparently this is par for the course for Withings.

Nice unit
I’ve been using the scale for about a month now and the information available is considerable but important for life health. My only issue is the pay for items or prescriptions needed to fully utilize scale. Other although this extra cost is not required to use the scale you didn’t not get the full capabilities of the scale unless you do. Other than that it’s an A+.

Love the app that goes with the scale
So far so good. I have not had this long but I’m interested in the trending that this scale/app provide. It has been really easy to set up and use and I’m excited to see the read outs over time. I have small metal plates in my feet so I was worried about accuracy but after researching I feel comfortable this is not impacting the readings.

Its a scale ~
It is greatly overpriced for what it does. Other scales basically do the same things at a cheaper price. The company, however, is bottom of the barrel. If you’re considering purchasing the scale, try to find a Support phone number in case you would have any issue at all that can’t be handled by AI. They literally cannot be reached. If you need a live agent, the phone number is non-existent.
