3 Year Review
We have had our unit for 3 years now and it’s still working great. Had a little hiccup with WiFi connectivity this year, but it hasn’t been a problem again after relearning our network. Our space is greater than 550sqft, and I find the unit works best turned down to the lowest temp and just letting the inverter do its thing to control how much power it needs. One thing I will warn about is the vibration that comes with the inverter speeding or slowing the compressor. Newer windows are fine, but if you have an older house with old windows, it will shake them and drive you crazy.

BEST EVER
We bought it in 2025 and we love it. It is so quiet that we even forgot to turn it off! We are buying another one for another room. The best AC we have ever bought!!! Highly recommend it!!!

Poor cooling
Doesn’t perform well in high heat. Set at 68 with indoor temp holding at 80.

easy install and quiet unit
very easy to install and using the app to turn on and off the unit is a great feature. The only negative is that the fan shoots the cold air upward rather than out and across the room.

Absolutely best AC Unit!!!
I got this a while back and after 18 months it still works like new and is amazing. Highly recommend it! It’s beautiful and is super quiet. Much nicer than my previous floor-unit that was super loud. Highly recommend!!

Excellent power and quiet technology
This air conditioner was a great addition to my home. I have a very large space that this easily cooled and it was super quite. Installation was easy and it looked great in the window on both the inside and from the street. It was easy to use and to connect to my wifi and phone so that i didnt have to be home to turn it on. Its a great product and i will probably get another one next year for another room.

A very good AC
Excellent air conditioner. Easy to install. Easy to use. The app is a pleasure and so convenient. Loved it so much, I bought two! This 12,000 BTU cools my large living room without being obnoxiously loud.
