Lack of knowledge on products
Manager ordered the incorrect item in spite of me showing him a picture of the item and product number. Very disappointing!

Great filer for our Whirlpool refrigerator. Easy to install easy to remove. Lasts quite a bit of time so it’s worth it!!

Water Filter for fridge
They work great, it took more time to find ones that fit this fridge then I thought.

Great Filter
Perfect fit. Works great. Shipped fast and packaging was great.

Does Not Fit Miss Alignment
Even though this is the filter that shows for our Kenmore refrigerator and it looks almost identical to the one being replaced,. this DID NOT fit the Kenmore (Whirlpool) refrigerator and could not get it to lock in place like the old one. Looking at this filter I notice where the filter is suppose to spin and lock is not cast correctly and therefore not allowing it to fully seat and lock like the original. Save the headaches and go OEM.

Water Filter
I like the 6-month renewal especially with Home Depot and Lowes not having these in stock.

Water filter
Works fine. Replacement as required. Relatively easy to replace. Glad I could order on line.

very reliable
We have been purchasing this filter for our whirlpool fridge for many years. I appreciate they have not modified the design or changed it in some radical way making it unusable (you know makers do that all the time and leave the packaging the same so consumers dont suspect a thing - then you get it home and Whammy) Tried and true, reliable Quality!
