Features
- 7.4 cu. ft. Capacity Get plenty of room to dry the large loads you washed in the matching front load washer. This 7.4 cu. ft. dryer easily handles bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
- ENERGY STAR Certified ENERGY STAR certified models exceed government standards to help conserve natural resources and save money on your utility bills.
- Intuitive Controls Let the dryer guide you to the right cycle combinations or customize up to 36 of your own to get the right type of fabric care for whatever you're drying.
- Wrinkle Shield Plus Option with Steam Help keep wrinkles from setting into clean, dry fabrics. The Wrinkle Shield Plus option with Steam uses tumbling and steam for up to 150 minutes after the cycle ends or until you open the dryer door for improved wrinkle-fighting performance.
- Steam Refresh Cycle Release wrinkles and reduce odors with the Steam Refresh cycle. It uses water and heat to get clothes ready to wear without rewashing.
- Sanitize Cycle The Sanitize cycle provides care for your clothes in the dryer while eliminating 99.9% of common household bacteria. (Bacteria tested were K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus.)
- Advanced Moisture Sensing
- Static Reduce Option Help decrease static with the Static Reduce option, which combines a spray of mist with tumbling after the load is dry.
- EcoBoost Option Use less energy while getting great drying performance with the EcoBoost option. This option saves energy by using less heat and an extended cycle time. (Savings may vary by load type.)
- Quad Baffles Four baffles tumble clothes in a randomized pattern, allowing items to open up freely. This helps increase the effectiveness of the dryer for small loads.
- Stainless Steel Dryer Drum Clothes are gently cradled as they tumble around the smooth surface of this drum’s stainless steel construction.
- Dryer Rack Place unique or delicate items like sweaters, pillows, hats and tennis shoes on the Dryer Rack for tumble-free drying. This rack attaches inside the drum and stays in one place throughout the cycle. Rack ships separately after online product registration. Valid email address required.

Whirlpool washer/dryer
Great product excellent price, delivery and services.

Works great as long as you use Timed Dry only.
This dryer works well for me, but it has its quirks. I read many reviews where people say it doesn’t fully dry their clothes. If you want this dryer to dry your clothes, do 2 things: 1) Turn off EcoBoast, 2) Used timed dry only. Timed dry lets you choose the drying temperature and the length of drying time. I’ve dried towels, sheets, blankets and various types of clothing using timed dry and have not had a problem with this dryer. I can get King size Cotton Percale sheets dry in 30 minutes, Bath towels in 40 minutes, King size heavy cotton blanket in 60 minutes, and clothes in 30-40 minutes…

Dryer
Very quiet, love every thing about it. Would buy again !!!!

Don’t buy- zero stars
Worked for a month. The dryer is now dead. Waiting on whirlpool maintenance. Not to mention this took 4 months to arrive after purchase.

Looks great - performs poorly. Multiple problems.
I bought this washer/dryer set in April of 2019 after reading great reviews. Within 3 months of owning the unit, the belt that turns the drum cracked -- this resulted in a heavy knocking sounds and vibrations within the unit. The tech came out to fix it and said this issue was ’very common’ with this model and was a known defect. He replaced the belt. Very thankful I got the extended warranty -- it started to make the same noise again this week. Belt has cracked again. So disappointing -- I’ve had Whirlpool products for years. Never again. I also have the matching washer (it leaks) and a set…

Just in time dryer
I was thankful that the dryer was available for delivery at the time since my old one ”died”. (My washer isn’t coming for about 2 months.) It has a lot of options. It’s taking me awhile to understand the rest of the settings (vs my old one that was 16 years old.) I am unable to use the steam function because they wanted me to wait for the installation of the washer, so I can’t share how that option works. The only thing that frustrates me is that I never hear it go off. Maybe when they deliver the washer they can see what I am not doing.
