Slow heating up
I had an older version and replaced it because it was cracked. This one doesn’t heat up as fast as the previous one. I’ll have to get used to that.

Had the older version of this in our old house and wanted to the new model when we built our new home. Looks great in our kitchen!

Too long of a wait, delay after delay and you keep selling the product that you don’t have.

I like it...
I’ve only used it a couple of times but so far I like it. It seems like it holds heat well. I haven’t used the warmer burner yet so I can’t comment on that part. I like that a red light stays on until the unit has cooled off. You should still be careful though because the burners are still quite warm even after the light goes off. It looks nice in my kitchen. I ”might” take photos to add later (I’m lazy), lol.

Cooks just fine; surface marks on element is hard to remove.The stove operates easily.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this cooktop. The large cooking area lets me use all of my big pots when needed. The warming burner was especially useful keeping my famous sausage gravy warm while I finished up the bacon on one burner and eggs on another and grits on still another. Easy clean-up (using a little soft-scrub) and the think always looks brand new.

I actually scratched this cooktop with plastic. I would expect it to be more resilient. Not happy at all!
