Easy to install. Performing as advertised. I may be missing something in the manual but the numbers on the touch pad do not light up, so are difficult for these old eyes to see in low light.

Disappointed
Only purchase with an extended warranty. The interior began to peel at 2 yrs, At 3 years the door was rusty. I did not get a warranty . Whirlpool’s response to me was basically ”too bad for you”

Stopped heating 20 days before membership ended
Worked OK for nearly 2 years then stopped heating. Disappointing over-range light. Loud chime tones. Best features: push/pull door, no handle. Customer service chat took 40 min. 1-week wait for service. Best Buy Membership service charge $52.

Whirlpool microwave
Exhaust fan on the initial microwave installed didn’t work. It was replaced quickly and the replacement works perfectly. Performance rating is 4 stars because of the initial unit’s malfunction.

My little Microwave
It’s great! The chime when through cooking is very low, but I read that in other reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise. Don’t know what Whirlpool was thinking on that. I does need to be louder. It holds every dish I use in my other full size one!

Great as expected after 1 month use
It’s not difficult to replace our original GE standard profile microwave. It fits our cabinet as expected. Low profile has shorter inner place for food, but not a problem to us at all.

looks good and seems well made.
It looks good and seems well made. The vent fan is a bit loud but works well and the filters are easy to change. The system for installing the unit is well designed. After watching a few utubes, the install was pretty easy. The edges of the mounting bracket are sharp, and I cut my finger twice. The surface does show a lot of fingerprints. We like the low profile but were surprised by the fact that it sticks out from the wall almost 3” farther than the other units we looked at, it was also more expensive, so hopefully, it lasts longer. Time will tell.

Beautiful and Efficient
I love this over the range microwave. It saves counter space. It is an excellent appliance. It has a built in exhaust fan/hood and counter light. I am thrilled that I have replaced my bulky and space demanding counter microwave.
