  Purchased this on sale. Super good laptop bag. This laptop features an enhanced laptop compartment with zippered access for a 17-inch laptop and a padded tablet pocket. Super good organization with a main computer compartment and an accordion file holder and a RFID-protected organizer compartment with a removable key/fob clip and multiple divider pockets. The pack is well constructed with multiple Pockets.

• Excellent & Value for money

  I’m extremely happy with the SwissGear Commander USB ScanSmart Laptop Backpack. The build quality feels premium, and the backpack is very sturdy and comfortable to carry, even when fully loaded. The ScanSmart design makes airport security checks much more convenient, and the multiple compartments help keep everything organized. The USB charging port is a great added feature for staying connected while on the go. Overall, it’s a stylish, functional, and reliable backpack that offers excellent value for the price.

• 2nd one!

  This is my 2nd purchase of this backpack. First one in 2023. Used it everyday for work and for every travel/trip. Had to replace due to a zipper issue - totally understandable. They made some changes from the previous version but in a good way. Love it and love it in ALL black this time. Couldn’t beat the price either - half of what I originally paid 3 years ago.

• Our whole family loves SwissGear!

  SwissGear has always been a reliable brand. Our oldest sone has had a SG backback since high school and he’s now a graduating senior from college! Not surprisingly, when his younger brother was off to college this fall, he recommended a SG backpack. Our second kiddo is now using the Commander every day at college. It’s sleek looking sturdy and has great features, including many pockets. Highly recommend!

• Zippers won’t stay closed—-poor return policy

  The backpack is smaller than the description suggests and the zippers are too loose. I purchased inline and picked up at the Mansfield , TX store. I attempted to return it in nee, unused condition with all of the tags still attached to the Mansfield, TX store but apparently the return window is only 15 days and the clock starts when you place the order not when you pick it up. Even though I only missed the return window by 5 days, the store manager would not allow me to return the item. According to Best Buy’s return policy, there is an exception where a customer can at least get store credit…
