This product is very durable and fits securely on pole.

I ordered this to make a bracket to attach to my antenna tower that is no longer in use for anything else. It is made to attach to the dish and sit upon a post. The adaptor spins freely until you tighten up the set screw. As long as your post is plumb it works and is almost fool proof!

The mast mount works as designed. We used a recycled 2” galvanized pipe and it fit well.
