Stacking Kit - Opened Product
Purchased ”new” product. However, on pick up the box was severely damaged and had been retaped as if the box was previously opened and thus, in my opinion the product should have been sold as an ”open box” item. I reached out to Best Buy support and was transferred several times with no resolution. Ultimately, this does not support strong consumer confidence and I would expect more from a company like Best Buy

-
Mounting bracket
Mounting brackets need to be more universal and less specific. Limitations aren’t even just brand specific, but model specific. I was recommended this exact part by a service rep and it was the wrong part.

Required
Needed kit for stackable set, no issues with it working.

Don forget to buy this.
I wish they have told me to buy this in advance when I bought my washer and dryer online, it would be nice once you purchase the appliances that you need this hardware to install because it’s not included with the appliance.
