Features
- Noise Cancellation The WF-1000XM5 reduces external noise over a wide bandwidth, from low to high frequencies. Real-time noise cancelling processing can be optimized to provide the best performance for your environment so you will hear a big difference, especially in airplanes or trains.¹
- Astonishing sound quality Enjoy richer, more detailed vocals thanks to a specially designed driver unit Dynamic Driver X for wide frequency reproduction, you will experience richer vocals and enhanced fine details.
- Excellent call quality Mute the outside world with Precise Voice Pickup Technology and advanced audio signal processing. The person on the other end of the call will hear your voice clearly, even when you are in noisy situations.
- Small and beautifully designed With an improved glossy texture and a more luxurious feel, these earbuds fit comfortably in your ears while keeping out external sounds.
- Noise Cancellation technology Exclusively developed by Sony, the Integrated Processor V2 unlocks the full potential of our HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN2e. The unique combination of technology controls the six microphones, across both ears, to deliver unprecedented noise cancelling quality.
- Multipoint Connection For smooth switching, the WF-1000XM5 can be paired with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously so, when a call comes in, your headphones can automatically connect to the right one.
- Adjusts to the world around you Adaptive Sound Control senses where you are and what you’re doing, then uses AI to change ambient sound settings for the ideal listening experience. Over time, it will learn your behavior, recognize locations you visit, and tailor the sound to suit your location.
- Talk and only hear ambient sound You can set Speak-to-Chat to pause the music as soon as you start speaking to someone, so you can hear just ambient sound and conduct a conversation – handy if you want to keep your headphones on or your hands are full.
- Water resistant for everyday use With an IPX4 resistance rating, splashes and sweat won’t stop these headphones – so you can keep moving to the music.
- Designed with the environment in mind. With Sony’s commitment to achieve a smaller footprint and help you enjoy the music you love, plastics are not used in the WF-1000XM5 packaging material (except for excluding coating and adhesives).
- Listen all day, charge in minutes You can enjoy up to 8 hours of charge on your headphones and store another up to 16 hours in the case for a total of up to 24 hours of listening every time you leave the house. And for your convenience, 3-minute quick charge will give you up to 60 minutes of play.
- Designed for less distortion Thanks to two new processors, the HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN2e and Integrated Processor V2, the WF-1000XM5 incorporates precision 24-bit audio processing and high- performance analogue amplification. The result is low distortion and crystal clear audio.

SONY WIRELESS EARBUDS
I love these earbuds. I love the way they fit in my ear. They have noise cancellation, and they are comfortable. I can wear them all day. The sound quality is perfect. People on the other end can hear me clearly. I love these. Highly recommend: 10 out of 10.

Perfection.
Fantastic earbuds! The sound is crisp and detailed, and the noise cancellation works incredibly well. They’re comfortable, compact, and the battery life has been great. Perfect for music, calls, and travel!

Fantastic Eearbuds
These are absolutely wonderful earbuds, The fit is fantastic, I wear them pretty much all day every day when I work and I have no problems with any sort of discomfort. The sound quality is beyond amazing and is crystal clear. My only issue is the battery life. They only last about 6 hours before needing to recharge, If they had a 8-10 hour battery it would be a 5/5 stars. All in All they are a great product and will continue to use them until they completely die on me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Sound and Noise Cancellation The Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds are excellent. The sound quality is clear and powerful, with great bass, and the noise cancellation works incredibly well. They are comfortable to wear, lightweight, and the battery life is very good. The connection is fast and reliable, and calls sound clear as well. Overall, they feel premium and are definitely worth it if you’re looking for high-quality wireless earbuds. Highly recommended!

Sony xm5s
I loved these earbuds so much by the best noise cancellation in earbuds I kid you not once noise cancellation is turned on it completely blocks out the outside noise and genuinely can’t hear a thing it’s bass is amazing sound quality is by far the best I’ve use AirPods gen 1,2,3 and it doesn’t even come close to these I’d take these over AirPods any day the only complaint I have is that I used them for work so it felt like they would slip once I got a little sweaty but other than that they are AMAZINNNGGGG
-
Inconsistent
The sound quality started off well for the first 3 months then suddenly the static sound began as if the speaker busted. Noise cancellation is poor and the level of sound in each speaker fluctuates. A bit disappointing but I knew I should’ve stayed with either Bose or Seinheiser earbuds. My fault but lesson learned.
