Charger
Charger does what it needs but thought it could be a better design in regards to how it’s plugged

Recommend for lower amp charging
I bought this charger for a set of window blinds controllers that require a lower amperage. It doesn’t heat up much when charging, which is a plus, as other chargers usually get really hot.

Official Adapter
I just wanted peace of mind knowing I was using the right adapter. Come to find out, it was my Roam that was the issue. Reached out to Sonos due to overheating, random battery depletion and disconnects; they replaced the unit with a Roam2. So now this adapter is being used on it. It works, its fine, its an adapter...nothing fancy.

Wait it out....
I would not buy any Sonos products right now. The roll out of the new app has been terrible at best and pretty much leaving the Sonos users without working products. I’m sure they will eventually get it right but save yourself the trouble and wait it out or purchase another product in the short term.
