The best microwave I have ever purchased.
This was a great purchase. The microwave works excellent and the position where is at is great. It frees up counter space while not being in the middle when cooking. The opening and closing gives it a level of sophistication that amazes many people. And the easy closing with a simple push makes it very convenient when your hands are occupied. The easy to hide controls gives it a very clean look when not in use. Over all, I am very happy with my purchase. I have never expended so much on a microwave but now I wonder if I can ever go back to a regular microwave. I think not ;)

Doesn’t work after 2 years
We bought it in August / 2023 , keypad stopped working after exactly 2 years of normal use , they give warranty for 2 years for a reason, this microwave doesn’t work after, I tried calling customer service, they were not helpful!

Great design element
We have been using the new microwave drawer about two weeks and at this point we are very happy. Very easy to use and much more convenient than the old above the range unit. The design fits in well with the kitchen and adds a nice design element. The microwave is well worth the price.

Solidly built and quality looks
Used for last month. Solid built, quality and cooks evenly. Pop out control panel is clutch with young child at home. Hopeful that it’ll last for a long time.

Low power
I replaced a 20-year-old KitchenAid and I’m very let down with this since I have to cook things for about twice as long and turn them to get the temperature evenly distributed. This machine is under powered and anyone that thinks otherwise has never had a proper microwave.
