Waste of money
This has smallest collection box, you can’t hear error messages so you have to find it start it and wait for message again. It goes in circles then stops. I had a no name brand one before this and it worked much better this that and I loved Shark products, but this has caused nothing but aggrevation.

Works Great - No More Cutting Hair Out of a Brush!
We bought this because we did NOT want a robot vacuum with a mop, or a vacuum with a huge docking station. The battery has plenty of power. It works well, and what I like most about it is that hair does not get wrapped around the brush. Shark is good with that anti-hair feature on their vacuums. On our old robot vaccuum, I always have to cut hair off the brush after every use. The dust compartment is small, but we run the vacuum every week and have never filled it up. If you have big dogs who shed a lot of hair, maybe this would be an issue. We do NOT use this vaccum with the phone app - you…

I couldn’t get the vacuum to work.
I don’t know. The Vacuum will come on and out of the dock and spin around and that is it. Sometimes it will go back to the dock. Does not work.
