Love my lil’ helper
its a breeze to connect to my internet. I love that i dont need to empty out bin as much. Its not too loud and I love the fact that I can choose which lay out in our house I wanted to get cleaned first. the app is also user-friendly.

Worth it
Picks up dog hair really well and other debris. It helps really well in cleaning carpets and floors, but it had a hard time picking up threads and long hair on carpet. But it still worth it, because I was able to do other things while I have this running in the background.

Awesome!
The machine functions well; the sole problem involves socks, which it fails to avoid effectively. However, it detects them and stops automatically. We run it nightly and clear the floor before bed.

It does the job right! I love this vacuum! Just set the schedule and your main floor is clean when you get up!

Good product
It’s definitely a good product, and overall we’ve been happy with it. However, if you have pets that shed a lot, that’s something to keep in mind. Dog hair can build up in the brush quite quickly, and when that happens, the robot may not be able to return to the dock and empty itself automatically. As long as you clean the brush regularly, it works very well.

Great little robo vac
This Shark robot vacuum is great. Keeps my room nice and tidy. The only thing I wish it did better is systematically vacuum, rather than all over the place with no specific path. Other than that, it’s awesome. Make sure to clean it every month.

Subpar
I’ve bought several Shark Robot vacuums (AV2511AE) for friends and family and regularly preach how it’s my top 2 purchases ever. This is complete garbage and has only made my blood pressure to go up. It will miss spots, doesn’t have Spot cleaning or Matrix mode, is significantly more expensive, and couldn’t find the dock if it’s life depended on it (which it does). It will go to dock and then just take off like it wasn’t just trying to dock. Will buffer around the entire edge of my walls until it reaches the dock again, and then take a wide detour around it.
