I genuinely like this microwave. It looks nice, it’s easy to clean. I had issues that came after my electricity went out but I contacted Best Buy and it got resolved.

Took too long to ship it, i waited over a month and it wasn’t yet ready for pick up ended up canceling the order

It’s a good microwave and of good quality. Also, the price , it’s where I found it the cheapest, and the customer service at the time of purchase was excellent. The employee knew how to explain the product details and the delivery process clearly

Amazing, just not for popcorn.
Honestly worth the upgrade. It heats food so evenly. Only complaint is that it doesn’t cook popcorn very well- there are always about half the kernels unpopped.
