Expensive features don’t work
We’ve had this unit for a couple years now and the microwave element works well but the added features that drive the price up have never worked. Every time we try to use air fry things come out cold on the inside and soggy. Unreal considering other LG microwaves that look and perform the exact same way as this one are $700 less! We like LG appliances usually but this one was not worth it. Also, this one doesn’t vent to the exterior of your house! It just recirculates the same smells… so if you cook a lot, your kitchen will smell like it.

Great product! It microwaves, air fries, convection oven and it even dehydrates. Easy to use and a great backup ones in one.

LG Microwave Review
When we decided to replace our microwave, it was our decision to try an LG Over the Range Convection Microwave. This gave us some extra oven capacity in addition to our primary goal of getting a new Microwave. We have been using it for a while now and could not be more pleased. Its functionality is top notch. The controls are easy to use and its performance is excellent. Not to forget our Best Buy purchase and installation experience, both were excellent!

Circuit Board Issue.
I bought this unit Aug 11, 2022 and unit was delivered and installed Oct 11, 2022. Before end of the year (Dec 31, 2024) suddenly the start / stop button (including the numbers) won’t work anymore (circuit board issue). I felt robbed, the unit only lasted for two years????? So disappointed.

Wonderfully sleek microwave
Fairly easy to use with buttons on the glass. Still getting used to it but like the fact I can microwave and convect oven separately or together. Cooking time seems faster of course, but also because this unit is new.

Nice overall but read the small print
Overall a beautiful microwave and very convenient being tri-functional as microwave, airfryer, and convection oven. Only setback is the airfryer is limited by preset functions.
