Should not have bought this open box stove
The stove was advertised as an ”open box excellent”. I ordered it online and never noticed that there were a hidden defect when I picked it up and unwrapped it. I asked that were there any defect when I picked it up and was told that there were none. The defect is so subtle that it is not really visible even when looking straight at it and it is likely not noticeable on the picture attached. However, it does exist where the center part if the glass top connecting to the rear metal. At this area,the glass top is slightly higher than the surrounding metal frame. Good price and good quality!!
I got this range for over 2 months now and haven’t even seen any problems with it. Can control via Wifi connection which is an ideal solution for whoever wants to find a safety range in the kitchen!!

Bad product
Wife liked the range. But within a couple months oven stopped working and got it repaired. Two weeks later same problem again and samsung refused to repair. I did research and have found other customers with same problem on same oven. Bad product that samsung refuses to repair.

I recently purchased this Samsung range, and overall I’m very happy with it. The design is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. The oven heats evenly, which has made baking much more consistent compared to my old range. I also love how fast the cooktop heats up—it saves a lot of time when preparing meals. The controls are easy to use, and the display is very clear. Cleaning has been simple as well, especially with the smooth surface and self-cleaning feature. One small downside is that the stovetop can scratch if you’re not careful, so I recommend using proper cookware.…
