• Product was defective-BestBuy refused to replace

  The filter was defective. I’ve been ordering this filter from Best Buy several times, but this one came in a different packaging, with no content info provided. It didn’t fit my fridge. The QR code on the box did not scan. When I tried to return it, Best Buy did not accept it. So I had to pay almost $50 for a new filter. This is not how you treat a valued customer. Very disappointed.

• Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter

  i always buy the Samsung water filter for my refrigerator. It really filters out the chlorine and other tastes in our water. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star rating is because of the cost.
