DON’T Buy from BEST BUY, you will visit the COURTS
Very unprofessional service from Best Buy, I ordered the MacBook on Dec 16th 2024 and as per the delivery date it was to be on Dec 18th morning, that’s why I bought it as I was traveling on Dec 19th and needed it as a gift for my son. By evening on 18th it was not delivered, I drove to pick up center, the fedex representative confirmed the item was not delivered, I called best buy and after an hour the best buy representative tracking the delivery stated there was a mix-up and the item was not delivered. I asked him to cancel the order as it was no longer needed and he assured me he cancelled…
