• Great replacement for Apple TV remote

  Very pleased with the ease of installation and functionality of this remote. This remote was $39.99 versus the $69.99 for the Apple TV remote. This remote has all the functionality and even backlit keys. So far, just as happy with this remote.

• Really works

  This is a good replacement for the Apple TV remote. You can click to move side to side and up and down instead of relying on the roller ball of the original remote.

• Does the job

  It is obviously not an Apple remote, but the basics work and it controls the Apple TV and volume through the TV itself. You cannot swipe, but double pressing the circular button works for that action.

• Perfect Apple TV replacement remote.

  I had no need for another remote, but I saw this while I was in Best Buy, and I knew it would be better than the Apple Siri Remote. It is! No issues.

• apple tv universal remote control

  My Apple TV remote fell into some water. No saving it afterwards. I almost bought a new Apple TV system. Then I found out that my iPhone and iPad could be used as a substitute. That works fine, but I prefer a separate remote. I was in the store buying something else and saw the remote. Bought it on a whim. No regrets. It works well. The range is not as vast as the remote that comes with the Apple TV system, but it’s not off by much

• Good savings for a life long nightmare

  I bought this remote instead of Apple Remote to save some money . But I did not know that I am signing up for a lifelong of headache. The remote keep disconnecting every now and then and the remote the Duracell battery doesn’t last more than two weeks.

• Nice Family Friendly Remote Option for Apple TV

  I love the Apple TV Remote, but it is not kid friendly. Any moisture around the track pad can potentially ruin it. I bought the One for All remote to replace the Siri remote, and it does everything you need it to do to keep the Apple experience. It does not have a track pad, so the swipe functions will not work, but there are workarounds for them. You do not get the premium feel of the aluminum case on the Siri remote, but it feels solid enough to stand up to everyday life. • Should be standard issue!

  The remote pairs fairly easily with the Apple TV similar to the OEM remote. You don’t need to go into the settings and and pair it via bluetooth. Once paired it give you a power button volume and mute that should work your TV, however I believe this is all done via CEC, would love the option to force IR and select a TV code. The backlighting, comfortable size and standard triple A batteries make this a must buy with every Apple TV. The function 101 is a close second and would make the grade if it had a better form factor like this one. At least the function 101 does do the TV via IR which can…

• It works great

  Everything works great it’s very responsive it automatically connected to my Apple TV 4K. My only gripe is the back light just comes on when it wants if it wasn’t for that this would be a 5 star it’s well worth the money for a replacement remote if your Apple Remote but the dust or if you don’t like that annoying touch spin wheel
