Great coffee
Love the machine itself but I may have a little leak

Nespresso Vertuo
We love the coffee, but we’ve had to return this particular machine three times because of recurring issues. The problems included the milk frother leaking water and the machine not properly heating the water or frothing the milk. The replacement unit we have now has been working well so far, and we’re hoping it continues to perform reliably.

Best Purchase Ever
I absolutely love my Creasita. It makes my latte hot and creamy. I also have another Nespresso and this one just makes coffee on another level. Highly recommended.

Had to return
Although it is great we did have to return it after about a yesr of using it. It started to leak but the total membership protection plan let us return and exchange for a new one. Highly recomend the total membership for these kinds of items

Misleading Best Buy Plus Policy and Defective Prod
I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and the My Best Buy Plus policy. First, the machine itself has a clear mechanical issue. The motor does not always engage properly, it makes a loud grinding noise, and it vibrates excessively almost like something is loose or misaligned. This started after a short period of normal use, which is not acceptable for a product at this price point. Second, and more importantly, the My Best Buy Plus benefit feels misleading. I purchased this item while my membership was active, under the expectation that I had a 60-day return/exchange window.…

Too expensive to only last 2 years
Started leaking after 2 yr warranty ran out. Called support and they told me to upgrade firmware via app, but app won’t connect.

Great well made machine
This machine is awesome! Huge upgrade from my old Nespresso machine. I would just go for this machine over any other model. It’s absolutely worth it. Very nice looking and easy to care for. The wi-fi app is a breeze to set up too. Couldn’t recommend this product more!
