MarinLogan ECL towers
Now this is what it’s all about. At first we chose another set of towers but these speakers do a great job for both the movie nights and when we want to listen to music. You can hear the finest details

Awesome
Awesome sound is excellent they really out did themselves

Sounds amazing when positioned correctly
I love the sound of these speakers. I thought the bass was impressive even though so many reviewers say you need a subwoofer. When you sit in right spot it seems like the music is coming from everywhere.

Try/inspect any open box before purchasing it
Be aware. First let me state that I’ve never had any complaints about the service of Best buy, but unfortunately this changed dramatically with this speakers. I saw a good deal online for an open box in a store 1.30 hours away and after reading the description of the open box item decided to buy them online and picked them up at the store. (Longmont CO). The condition online was stated as excellent and good, unfortunately when I was able to open the package at home, the labels were condition good and satisfactory, meaning one of the speakers was missing parts, and was unable to try them on my…

Absolutely amazing
I bought a banged up set of these for $1000 open box at my local outlet store. I was able to make them look like I bought them new for about $50 in parts from Martin Logan. The imaging on these is insane, they are probably the best ”cheap” music speakers I’ve ever heard. Don’t forget to plug them into AC power or the panels don’t play at all

Martin Logans
I have been waiting a very long time to get these speakers. Excellent speakers. Perfect for my space.
-
Very narrow listening area, midrange weak
It’s good but not 5 stars. I bought these and compared them to a pair of Bowers & Wilkins at the same price level/range. Compared to the Bowers, it’s missing mid-range sound. And the sweet spot is so so narrow, and requires a lot of tuning. I can’t even slouch in my couch otherwise won’t sound right. Definitely an acquired taste. Normal box speakers may just be better and they are better for me.

Great deal for opened box buy
Martin Logan ESL does not disappoint. I have always wanted a pair, and was fortunate to buy them at opened box price. Delivery team did a fabulous job. Martin Logan also honors the 5-year warranty. Don’t get better that this!

Nice soundstage and clarity
Once you nail the center image and seat about 5 feet more from the distance between each speaker they come alive.

Audiophile Speakers
One of the best audiophile speakers I’ve owned. The lossless music sounds perfect and live, be it Jazz or metal. Would highly recommend if you want audiophile music without breaking the bank.
