A BIG upgrade from our old stove
We bought this KitchenAid range to replace an old stove, and after a couple of weeks of use, we’re really happy with it. I installed it myself and converted it to propane. Other than needing the proper fittings for my LP line, the process was straightforward with basic hand tools and the included conversion parts. So far, we’ve mainly used the upper oven for baking and the cooktop for everyday meals. The burners light quickly and cook evenly, and I really like being able to turn on the oven light and check on food through the large glass door without opening it. The double oven design is also…

Poor customer service.
I’ve been a longtime customer of Best Buy and the customer service has dropped off tremendously. We ordered the appliance online and requested delivery and installation. When it was delivered the technician said he didn’t have the installation order on his paperwork and he didn’t install that type of appliance anyway. We called customer service and they added the installation order. He then came in and tried to install it after he originally told us he doesn’t install those type of appliances. He then said there wasn’t something wrong with our gas line because it wasn’t working correctly. We…

Lovely stove that works fantastic. The top oven heats up super fast in less than 15 minutes its at 350 degrees.
