Blessed to have been able to buy.
Waited for years to have the stove of my dreams. Love the double oven because I live alone and don’t have to use the whole oven to cook something for myself.

DO NOT BUY-CAUSED PERSONAL INJURY
Do NOT buy this stove/oven. Entire series should be recalled. The handles and sides are razor sharp. I was doing regular kitchen activities and as my hand slightly touched it, the metal deep cut my hand to the point of INJURY! IMMENSE LOTS OF BLEEDING, DEEP CUT. DO NOT BUY. This is a high risk of personal injury and not even from the heat. The actual design and manufacturing defects are real and no way this passed quality control.

Not good working. Very expensive
It’s not working properly. Leaving too much smoke when using upper oven. Very complicated. Not good heat. Taking Very long to cook time. Middle big burner is useless

Light touch dials
I love the burners and the top smaller oven, even though it is not convection and takes longer to heat and cook. The burner dials do not click off so you need to take care not to have the gas on accidentally .

Double oven temps inconsistent.
Double oven feature doesn’t work well. Don’t waste your money on the double oven. Temperatures are not consistent, especially if you use both at the same time. Had a service tech out three times and replaced control panel twice. Still not good. Was told to not use the self cleaning feature because it would melt the plastic display.

Terrible experience. Never got a stove.
Promised it to be delivered in under a week but there was a “transfer issue,” whatever that is. They canceled delivery and set it out a week. They then delivered one that had giant dents. We refused delivery of that. Then waited a few more weeks. They did not have it and canceled delivery again. We wasted hours rearranging schedules for deliveries that never can and dealing with their extremely annoying phone tree. I’m supposed to get a refund, which they said would take a week to ten days. I said that was unacceptable. When I bought this $2000 stove (with tax delivery etc.). they took my…

We are very happy with our new gas range and ovens. I love having a double oven for cooking multiple things at once. The gas range is easy to clean with the easy flip up grills. The multiple burners make it easy to cook a large meal and leaving room to allow things to cool.

Buyer Beware if you plan to convert to Propane
Beware when purchasing this range if you are planning to convert it from natural gas to propane. Whirlpool shows the broiler burner requiring a female fitting to convert to Propane. The included kit included the wrong part, the directions show the wrong part even the Whirlpool parts department showed the wrong part. It took several hours of my time to figure out Whirlpools error. Best Buy was of no help in trying to rectify this issue. Suggested I go to Home Depot for help resolving the issue.
