• No need to use the camera to charge batteries.

Easy to charge up to three batteries at once. I had to use the camera to charge the battery. This makes it so easy to shoot video and charge batteries at the same time.

• Down time is a killer, this solves that

The X4 Fast Charge Hub makes a huge difference if you’re shooting a lot with the Insta360 X4. Being able to charge multiple batteries at once saves so much time compared to cycling them one by one through the camera. • Insta360 has horrible customer service

I would not buy anything from Insta360 ever again. I bought the X4 camera and a bunch of accessories. Some items were purchased on Amazon and Best Buy and I bought some directly from Insta360 website. I assume they have the same return policy as Amazon and Best Buy but it is only 14 days and after three weeks. I decided one out of the many accessories I purchased was not good and tried to return it and they denied the return. Now everything is going back that I purchased from Best Buy and from Amazon and I’ll take the loss on the stuff I purchased directly. Everybody has extended returns for…
