The Insignia 18.6 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator has a separate bottom freezer compartment to store your frozen treats and keep them organized on shelves or in the drawer. The fridge has three shelves to organize your food, with one that adjusts to fit taller items. Door trays comfortably store your bottles and condiments, and the crisper drawers store fruits and vegetables. The refrigerator is also internally lit so you can find items easily.

I have owned this refrigerator for just over a year, and the ledge supporting the top freezer shelf has cracked on both sides. The freezer has not been subjected to excessive weight or misuse, as we also have two chest freezers that hold the majority of our frozen items. I initially contacted Best Buy regarding the issue and was advised to contact Insignia. After speaking with Insignia customer service, I was informed that because the refrigerator was approximately three weeks outside of the one-year warranty period, they were unable to provide any assistance. I then contacted Best Buy again,…

refrigerator surface is too hot
not suitable in summer time. I bough it because the freezer is bottom up. it is OK for the space arrangement. the appearance is good. the size is nice. however, the temperature is too hot

The layout makes this fridge very spacious
The layout couldn’t be any better. Having separate smaller door trays makes each tray sturdier and less likely to break off from too much weight. You can fit quite a bit of sauces in each door tray, making them easily accessible, along with milk and butter. The freezer being on the bottom definitely helps if you have back issues.... no more bending down to look into the fridge! Also the freezer fits everything perfectly including ice trays.

Only issue Ive had is the unavailibility of the optional ice maker. Its very disappointing that this product is not supported that well. Otherwise its great.

Amazing for it’s price
Was kind of sceptical but it’s such a good and nice fridge we got this at the best buy outlet, so we did save some money because of a super super small dent but it’s super super spacious and the bottom pull out freezer is so much better than the top freezer fridges. I would highly recommend I also want to mention the staff is always super helpful and lovley :)

I really like our refrigerator! It is very quiet! It is easy to open and arrange food in. Also I like the bottom drawer freezer. Easy to open too! And the price was good too. Very happy with this purchase. I would buy it again!
