Great Printer
I’ve had it now for about two weeks. Print wuality is great . Really easy to set up and use. No complaints. Good for my personal use .

It would have a 5 star but the scan to email function doesn’t seem to work... sending a test via the controls works, but using the touchscreen to select a contact and sending - nope...

Printer/copier
I wish the lid on the top was made a little different so that it wouldn’t close so quick and hard when you let go of it when copying. You have to use two hands and put the top down carefully.

Easy set up, fast printer
Directions for set up were good and made set up relatively easy for this technically deficient senior citizen. The printer is fast and copies are good quality. We use it in our church.

HP Software Installation
The printer is fine, but the HP installation process is a nightmare, HP says ”updated installation software is coming” so they admit it’s a problem. HP ”Help Desk” is useless.

Absolute great printer, probably the best
This printer worked right out of the box with air print motor I mean truly amazing. All I had to do was download a software on my MacBook and it prints from anywhere unlike my Canon where it would take hours to set up air air print or Mopria, HP is now my go to Printer

Good quality, love the multi-features.
This was a good purchase. It scans, copies, and prints well. I print roughly 400 pgs per week in color and it does a great job with 2-sided color prints. I use it in my office to print documents and client facing reports.
