Delivery time in customer service is horrible
I specifically came in and asked if it could be delivered before the holidays and the sales person said yes I’ve now waited two days missed work and now you’re telling me you’re gonna deliver the product after the new year Start treating people better and don’t promise something if you can’t produce

Cracked in Half Within Less Than 6 Months of Use
I purchased this item in May; it is December. We were using this item this morning to fry eggs. After cooking, I removed the pan from the stove and walked away. I heard a ”pop” and noticed that the cooktop had cracked in half. When I called GE, the rep was rude and immediately indicated that it will likely not be covered by the one-year warranty. For example, if there is any ”spillage” - this is not covered. Again, I was cooking eggs and there was not spillage.
