Faulty stove or improper installation
Stove installed improperly or there is something wrong with it. So far long waits on the phone. Hope we can get it resolved but so far very frustrating.

Not a happy consumer
I purchased this and two of the burners were still on when in the turned off position. Faulty equipment overall. I had to return it and I had new quartz countertops cut just to fit this stove. So im forced to buy another one. Needless to say im very worried about this product

Defect
Just bought & installed on Saturday, then found to be a defect, one of four burner does not work :( Bestbuy says I can return it but... it’s already attached on my countertop. what the.... Tried to contact GE if they can repair, then found they don’t answer calls during weekend. Their online schedule shows the earlier repair service would be available after 2 weeks.... what a disaster!!! The other 3 burners are working so I guess I will have to wait 2 weeks to use it as it should be used. I like the color and the design.... but I do not like the service availability.

Good people to deal with
The radiant cook top was exactly as described and fit perfectly in the granite counter top of a much older cooktop that had been cracked (it was over 22 years old). The new cooktop works great. Service was great, nice people to deal with.

Great cooktop with added features
This cooktop replaces our older, different brand one that cracked recently after use. This new one works great and the extra features are helpful too. I choose white because it goes with our kitchen appliances and doesn’t show scratches.
