Wouldn’t buy
This double oven was to replace an old one. We were limited to choices due to the existing opening. Very disappointed with the interior dimensions. Outside dimensions were very close to old oven but inside dimensions are ridiculously smaller. Doesn’t cook reliably either.

Small inside
The oven fits right in where I took out the old one. It works well. Be aware that the inside dimensions are smaller than my old oven. It probably has much better insulation but some of my pans don’t fit.

Poor Installation Practices!
My low rating is due to poor customer service with installation. I paid $249 with Best Buy installation charges, then another $300 with installers!

Decent Oven, but narrow
Looks nice and works well other than the top oven not heating as well as the bottom. Also, not as much space inside the oven as the one we replaced in the same opening. It will be fine and we like it, but just wanted to be clear that the inside is more narrow than we thought it would be and some of our baking pans won’t fit.

Worst Attempted Purcase Ever
Never delivered…multiple delays and then a no show on the committed delivery day. 14 Business days so far since I cancelled the order and still no refund. Pretty much done with Best Buy.

Well, my new double oven. Came in quickly, installed quickly and efficiently. They were also super knowledgeable and friendly.

Great Oven, Great Brand
I replaced an existing Frigidaire double wall oven that finally needed to be retired after 41 years; it seemed like good reason to stay with the same brand. The newer features and convection style of cooking are nothing short of fantastic. Awesome purchase.

They put it in in a few hours and I Love it! it’s really easy to use , which is really nice! I am very happy with it!

Poor performance
These ovens are the worst piece of cooking equipment that I have encounted in 60 years of cooking. The temperature varies, so you have to constantly monitor while a dish is baking. I have my second service call scheduled this month. I have had the ovens 2 months. They either undercook or overcook constantly.

Great double ovens!
We have been using this double oven for about a month. It is well-made and looks very nice; easy to clean; fits in the space; looks great in my kitchen! I would definitely recommend this item.
