We are well pleased with this freezer.
The freezer is operating as it should and we had no problems hooking it up. It was delivered on time and the personal were courteous and put it right where I wanted them to.

GE chest was a waste of my money!!!
Very poor product and the worse you can ever imagine. Within 1 year of purchase, the door lids are worn out and not closing any more. Wasting energy and when I called, I was told to pay a ridiculous amount of money cos my 1 year warranty just expired. I can’t believe this. The agent was rude and fixative on her script and no help at all. Bad! Bad! and bad!!!

Damaged product
When picking the item up at the champaign best buy i noticed the bix was damaged. They said if product was damaged to bring it back. When opening the box and inspecting the back corner of the freezer was bent as if dropped in the corner. Please see attached images. The problem i ordered this 3 weeks ago so exchange is not just bringing it back it is waiting another 3 weeks fir replacement then hoping it is also not damaged. I ordered half a beef that will be ready for pickup next week. I would highly suggest going to a company that has them on the floors rather than shipping.
