I bought this 18” GE dishwasher and it is perfect for the room. The first GE dishwasher I bought was 24” GE first but I was just too big & heavy so I sold it and got the same dishwasher. It cleans the dishes perfectly, so quiet that you don’t know it’s running and it is so easy to move around to connect & disconnect!! Would recommend to anyone needing a dishwasher!

Can’t fit big dishes well
Beautiful, only meant for 1-2 people, can’t fit big skillets or pots
-
Small and mighty
Does the job and is very compact. It is a little smaller than I thought. This is great for a single person.

Almost perfect!
Super convenient to roll it out of the closet and hook it up at the sink when I’m ready to run it. Dishes get really clean! I’m still learning how to use the rack configurations to maximize the capacity; once I do, 5 stars!

DON’T BUY THIS DISWASHER!!!!
We purchased this dishwasher in Nov. 2022. Like others have already reviewed, the drain/fill hoses were difficult to pull out and put back. The one hose had a kink in it. In June of 2024, it stopped working. No power was getting to the control panel. After Google searching, many people stated that it was probably the main control board. After locating and removing the control board, I noticed that there were 2 burned out circuits. I was able to get a new control board from a reliable source ($160). Connected the new control board. The dishwasher ran as it should for 2 months. Then, same thing…

Only Lasted 9 Months, then failed
I received this dishwasher on July 25, 2023. Since then I have had multiple power failures with unit. I purchased the Greek Squad 5 year warranty only to be told when they arrived they would not fix due to it being a carry in item. Remember you can ’Depend on Us’ line. They left and told me to load unit in my car and take to store. A dishwasher..right. Next call GE warranty service and scheduled an appointment. All GE techs have been on time and very nice. They came to home, order parts and scheduled next visit. They first changed two control boards. One was fried you could see the marks on…

Storage for Hoses are a Problem
The dishwasher itself works great. The problem is the intake hose that connects to the faucet. The way the hoses are stored in the back of the dishwasher is a bit of a free-for-all (I think it’s just an empty space back there behind the metal exterior), so the rubber from the hoses tend to twist, kink, and get caught on the edges of the plastic panel that holds them in place. This results in the rubber exterior of the hose becoming torn and frayed. It’s obvious that very little thought has been put into this particular part of the dishwasher, and there isn’t anything we can do to remedy the…
