At GE Appliances, we bring good things to life by designing and building the world's best appliances. Our goal is to help people improve their lives at home by providing quality appliances that were made for real life. Whether it's enjoying the tradition of making meals from scratch or tackling a mountain of muddy jeans and soccer jerseys, products from GE Appliances are crafted to support any and every task in the home. Our Disposalls, for example, have been under sinks for decades, keeping kitchen sinks and plumbing clean and clear with power grinding motors that rotate at high speeds and finely grind food. That means fewer clogs and jams for you, and less food waste in your trash. Plus, they're easy to install, thanks to an Easy Mount adapter that gets the job done quickly. GE Appliances Disposalls also come in a variety of Horsepowers and RPMs, which let you choose the right grind power for your needs. Higher horsepower models can grind harder foods like bones and corn cobs, while lower horesepower models are perfect if you mostly dispose of softer foods. No matter which one you choose, you can relax knowing you'll get a fine grind that won't clog drains or jam the Disposall blade. Plus, a limited warranty gives you even more peace of mind.

3x = charm
The first disposal was missing parts necessary for installation. I returned it. The second one had a crack in it & a piece broken off. I returned it and my installer purchased a badger disposal for me at a different store.

disappointed
The water doesn’t just run through it is collecting in the sink even if I run the disposal. I have never had a disposal do this before. Even the one that quit working allowed the water to run through it.
