Delivery was excellent. Product had scratches/blemishes in 3 drawers. Best Buy compensated me with a gift card. Product general quality not as good as my old refrigerator. Appreciate the gift card but still wonder why the product was damaged.

Fridge
Unit is very easy to move and when opening doors the unit moves from its position. Opening and closing lower drawers is easy but also noisy.

Professional Series??????????
This is the professional series and the emblem that proclaims it right on the front door is out of plumb by nearly 1/4”in 3”. The ice maker does not make enough ice for 2 people to use twice a day. I am still trying to figure out what professional means to Frigidaire. One of the shelves fell off the refrigerator door, it was not locked in by the “professional “ installers that Best Buy sent to install it. Just got off the phone with Best Buy’s geek squad representative and they are sending someone to fix the problems in 2 days. I will update the review afterwards.

My delivery date has been changed from the 10th of May to the 31st of May. I am exited to give a review when i receive my refrigerator.

Frigidaire side by side counter depth
We love this refrigerator. Ice maker is reliable. The bells and whistles are minimal which means less can go wrong. It has plenty of room for two people.

Nice looking & functional, but a couple drawbacks
This is a nice looking fridge and has functioned very well for us so far, with a couple of drawbacks. The main one is that the freezer door pops open a bit when the fridge door is shut. This has been an issue with teen boys in the house who use the fridge frequently! The ice cubes are also on the small side (Not really a big deal, but if like regular sized cubes, know that you will not get them with this fridge). Otherwise, this has met our needs.

My wife and I love this refrigerator. It is very spacious for a counter depth and looks great, and makes ice very quickly.
