Best Buy a Customer Service Nightmare!
I am stuck in a ”customer service” nightmare. They have delivered 2 damaged dishwashers, which I have refused. The second one, they dumped in the hallway of my condo building. They have rescheduled no less than 15 times, and just did so again today. Sales, delivery, installation and ”customer service” are all separate companies now, so good luck.

Canceled install 3 time
Three appointments to install and no show. Have scheduled for Tuesday next week. We will see.

Best thing for the kitchen
I have been looking at this unit for over a year and when our dishwasher died, there was no question about the replacement. The inventory was late but it is worth the wait. We have a drawer running every day at least. It takes getting used to to fill it but otherwise its fantastic. Some people complain about the noise, you can get additional padding for it, but i find it extremely quiet compared to other dishwashers. Definitely pay for the installation, had a friend install ours but its more complicated than the usual unit.

Thin steel - dents easy - loud
I’ll start by saying this is our 4th dish drawer. I used to have a single on each side of my sink. I loved the singles. As things failed we would replace or repair with parts from saved units. Decided to replace only one of them with the stacked drawers and get rid of the other single drawer. The difference on the quality and thickness of stainless steel on the old vs the new is night and day. The old ones had zero nicks, zero dents after 10-20 years of use. Broken dishwasher
Took 2 months for it to get here and found it was broken. When came to pick it up, found out they would have to reorder and would take 2 more months to get here. Not acceptable.

Best Buy at Best Buy (Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher)
Had a KitchenAid 2-drawer dishwasher for past several years in previous home. Wish I had taken with me to my new house as so disappointed I was unable to find another of this type dishwasher until I found Fisher & Paykel still made one. In searching for the best price, Best Buy carried this brand and 2-drawer style. We were elated to be able to purchase this dishwasher for our new home. Best buy never again
They rescheduled the delivery 4 times, took Best buy 5 months to install but they charged me just as I ordered, after the second time use it is leaking and does not work it has been over a month and nothing has happened. Worst experience with best buy and don’t even know if they would fix it or not.

Clean and silent
Silence, pure silence. This is even better than my previous dishwasher drawers! So cleverly designed inside that so much fits in just the top drawer.
