Its just a little over 1 Years old and today pops a E01 error, call customer service. water heater is out. no parts online and I will throw is out before I pay for shipping and repart.

Great tasting coffee
Fast tasty brew. Compact size.nice features.the hot mode isnt that hot. The clean mode lit solid green only after a month of daily use.

Very impressed!
This coffee maker has been great. I purchased it to replace an old keurig machine and it’s been awesome. Quick brew time and the ability to schedule brewing is perfect for me. Easy to clean and very modern looking.

So far so good
I needed a replacement for my Cuisinart Extreme Brew. We go through coffee makers because we brew a lot. Cuisinart charges $50 for replacement of equipment and that was unacceptable to me . So we looked for another company.....This Braun - BrewSense had good reviews, and Best Buy had a great price. It isn’t as fast as Bunn or Cuisinart, but it’s fine, and also has pause and pour feature. The flavor is very good. The carafe design is superior to Cuisinart and Bunn in my opinion. It’s easy pouring with no drip. Haven;t had this long, but works great for the price.

Excellent Coffee
My coffeemaker was a Braun that I bought over 15 years ago. It finally quit. I purchased this one to replace it and it makes excellent coffee. I hope it lasts another 15 years!
