Arris Surfboard SB200 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1
I bought the new modem to replace my new ”All in One” modem from Cox Cable, which I returned. I didn’t want to pay a rental fee every month! I’m saving money over time and the Arris Modem works great!

Speed
My internet provider gave us the cheapest modem they could and it wasnt even capable of the speeds we are paying for. This modem hits and exceeds the speed of our plan.

Excellent, dependable product. I’m a returning customer based on past experience with ARRIS. Only wish the staff at BEST BUY knew what product they carry. Was told they didn’t carry it while standing directly in front of the product which was located on bottom shelf and employee just walked away never to be seen again. Burbank store has always had poor service.

New Cable Modem
Arris modem was easy to set up, synced with cable company easily, and is working great. I would buy it again, but hopefully it will last forever.

Rock solid router with 1G support
I wanted a no-fuss router with 1G support. This one has great thermal management and does not seem to get hot requiring power cycling like a few others I have used.

Does the Job
The modem worked with Xfinity (plug and play). I replaced my old Netgear Docis 3.0 modem and am now receiving better speeds. I liked this one and bought another for my family member.
