It didn’t work
Alas...the computer didn’t work. Spent hours on the phone with Apple and they themselves said ’take it back’ which I did. The store person was GREAT. Enjoyed going to a store. Nothing bad about Best Buy but the machine just didn’t function.

Great price and quality Laptop.
So far so good. Computer looks and performs well. Our first time with a MacBook and it has been an easy switch.

It was great the only thing was the charging cable wasn’t good it was like smashed. And the fan is loud.

Trashy & not a Refurbished
Very disappointing by BestBuy, I didn’t know the BestBuy has lost his value that bad, purchased a Certified Refurbished MacBook Air 13.3” And it made my kid very disappointed seeing the condition of the unit after opening the box excitedly. I understand refurbished items has some wear and tear but item I received is in trashy condition, and shouldn’t be sell as refurbished specially on BestBuy’s platform. Returning it sadly.

This model runs too hot
The day after we got this laptop, we noticed that it was almost always hot to the touch, and its fan was blowing hard. It turns out that on Apple’s support forums, this model is known for this behavior. Having owned only Apple computers since 1989, I was shocked, because no other computer I’ve owned has run so hot for so much of the day and night.

Works well, glad it was on sale. only note is that the screen smudges, but that was to be expected
