This purchase was made as an upgrade from Ipad5 for my 84 yer old mother. The decision on this model was based on the high reviews throughout the years and the fact that it is the last year with the home button bezel making her transition easier than the touch features. The refurbished model was in good condition, with only a few minor blemishes and came with a full year Apple warranty. Extended warranty is available through Best Buy. Purchase, shipping and arrival time was as stated. My only concern was it was just left on her porch had I not been checking the status to alert them package…
