Good, for specific needs
Needed for a sore back. It helped, but it’s too bulky for the specific need. I’m sure, when used as intended, it’s awesome, even as expensive as it is.

Grat for me (don’t ask the dog)
Great little addition to my pre and post workout routine. I have a really bad lower back. Using this when I wake up and before I go to bed has been very helpful in helping with the pain. Only down side is it vibrates so hard it shakes the floor and confuses my dog.

Therabody foam roller.
This motorized foam roller is highly effective in reducing pain in muscles and nerves after an ortho surgery (both hip & knee). The app that goes with this model is helpful in understanding how to use the roller for specific areas of the body. The time it takes to reduce/minimize pain is less than 5 minutes. Great addition to pain management techniques.

Amazing foam roller
Foam rollers are amazing. However, this vibrating foam roller is a night and day difference for overall muscle recovery. Whether you’re an avid athlete or just an everyday person that suffers from any sort of muscle pain, this thing is phenomenal. It’s firm enough to attack your tight muscles, but also soft enough to not cause pain. The five different vibrating levels work great for all types of injuries or muscle soreness. Highly recommend. And it is very easy to travel with.
