Small but Works Really Well
I wasn’t sure how much I would actually use this when I bought it, but I’ve been really happy with it. It’s small, easy to use and does a great job getting into those tight spots that are hard to reach with a regular foam roller. The vibration definitely makes a difference and feels great on sore muscles, especially my feet and legs. I also like that it’s small enough to throw in a bag and take with you. It’s a little expensive for what basically looks like a massage ball, but it feels well made and works really well. Overall I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Great Little Device
It works. Turns out it is easier if you are using against a wall vs. holding it while lying down. The vibration selection is straightforward 3 speeds and off. I’ve used it for my ongoing palsy symptoms and it works so long as you remember to be gentle. Too firm and the pressure no longer focuses on the facsia but underlying tissue. Never press on bones, especially at higher speeds.
