Hyperice Hypersphere Go Great for Sore muscles
I used this at Physical Therapy and bought one for myself. It works great on sore muscles. Really helps release tension. If you are having joint and muscle tightness, I would recommend trying this product. Physical Therapy uses it for most of their clients. It has three settings and I use it on the first one that is powerful enough. If you use it on a part of your body, do it for approximately one minute on each area. when it works it’s great but it only holds a charge for 20-30 min. half the time i charge it and it doesn’t work. if i had the box i would return it!

You won’t be disappointed
This thing is so worth the price. You can adjust the vibration strength. Looks are deceiving. It may be small, but it is intense. It is great for when you need to target an area. I highly recommend.
