El sistema de aspiradora y mopa robótica PowerDetect NeverTouch está diseñado para capturar más, llegar más lejos y requerir menos de usted (en comparación con Shark Matrix 2-en-1). Very dissapointed
After owning a shark pet vacuum bot for many years it finally died was a great machine. I bought another shark product. Thought hey be cool if mop featured helped. To start the mop feature thats a complete joke it smears dirt it dont mop. But to say the shark “warranty” and “customer service” is not worth a darn.this machine had constant issues first the tank goes bad. I had to fight with these people to warranty. They said the tank is wearable part. Wth. Then tank goes bad again and i just bought one. Now after a little over a year a 1000$ vacuum bot is on its fourth bad tank and has now…

Broke after one year
This worked decent (not great) for the first year. The vacuum retained good suction the entire time and the machine did a great job avoiding cords, curtains, and didnt get stuck or lost. My main complaint about the vacuum feature is that it stopped vacuuming in straight lines after about 2 months and started going random like my old school irobot, giving no confidence that it actually hit the entire floor. I send multiple videos to shark and got the dreaded ”its working as designed/must be scrubbing a dirty spot” despite seeing a clean floor. The mopping feature worked fine for what it…

Robot Vacuum cleans so easily
Took me a little while to figure the navigation out, but now it quickly cleans mapped area. I like best that it cleans under couch and chairs. It does take time to clean, though, but you can go do other chores. Haven’t use the mop feature yet.

Works as advertised A+++++
It is very quiet and does the job as advertised. Actually it does pick up stuff from the floor and mopping works great too. First run, ir scanned the whole floor and created an accurate map. Setting places where you don’t want it to go is very easy. Sensors are great and accurate. I’d recommend it. Well worth the money spendt.

Maps won’t work and disconnect often from WIFI
This robot rarely works well. It’s difficult to make the maps work using the mobile app and it is always stuck troubleshooting unsuccessful. I end up using manual brooms and mops bc this electronic garbage rarely work. However, when it works it can only work certain perimeter and battery runs low too fast. I REGRET THIS PURCHASE.

I have had to get a replacement 3 times over the course of less than a year due to the mopping function no longer working.
